Privacy policy

How we handle information from outreach and fnc-site.vercel.app.

Effective date: 22 September 2026.

Who is responsible

Fortune Network Capital FZCO (DBA FNC), DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE, is the controller responsible for the personal information covered by this policy. We contact you directly about our services.

This policy covers fnc-site.vercel.app, related enquiry pages, outreach calls and texts, and conversations with the AI advisor assistant used to prepare your score card and arrange a free expert review.

Information we collect

When you request a follow-up, we collect your name, email address and whether you are based in the US or living abroad. A guide request collects your email address so we can send the guide when ready. The AI advisor collects email first, then your situation and answers for the score card. The direct application collects citizenship and current residence, affected banking or structure, desired outcome or biggest unknown, deadline, and whether paid consulting is an investment you are considering. Name, phone, preferred time and optional SMS-reminder consent are collected when you request a review through either path. We also keep the messages you send us and information needed to respond to your enquiry.

Conversations with the AI assistant are recorded and transcribed. We collect what you say during those calls, call details such as time and duration, and your SMS replies, including requests to stop messages.

For outreach, we may use contact information you supplied directly, through a referral or through a permitted business contact source. You can ask where we obtained your details.

The website uses PostHog analytics through a first-party proxy at /ph. This can collect page visits, clicks, scroll activity, time on page, referring pages, campaign parameters, device and browser information, screen size, language and time zone. Analytics requests also expose an IP address to the receiving infrastructure. PostHog may use browser storage and session replay; form inputs are masked.

Why we use information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, assess whether our services may suit your circumstances, arrange appointments, send requested information and manage follow-up. Recordings and transcripts help Kevin's office understand your enquiry and review service quality.

We use message preferences to respect opt-outs. Analytics helps us understand how the website is used, improve its content and diagnose problems. We also use information where necessary to secure our services and meet legal obligations.

The AI advisor helps prepare the Exposure Score Card and request an expert review. It does not provide legal, tax or financial advice or make a final engagement decision without human involvement.

Our legal bases

We rely on consent where required for marketing, recorded AI calls and non-essential analytics. Where applicable law permits, we rely on legitimate interests to respond to business enquiries, conduct relevant outreach, administer appointments, improve services and prevent misuse, while considering your rights and reasonable expectations.

You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing.

How long we keep information

We retain form submissions for 24 months from submission. We retain AI call recordings and their transcripts for 12 months from the call. We delete or anonymize them after these periods unless a legal obligation or an active dispute requires longer retention.

We keep SMS correspondence and identifiable analytics only as long as needed for the purposes described here. We may retain a minimal record of an opt-out so that we do not contact you again. Information needed for a separate paid engagement may have its own retention requirements.

Who receives information

Information is shared with our personnel who need it to handle your enquiry. Service providers may process information for us, including telephony and SMS carriers, call transcription providers, website and infrastructure hosting providers, and PostHog for analytics.

We do not sell your personal information or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal rights.

FNC is based in the UAE, and service providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or other legal safeguards for international transfers.

SMS terms

Message frequency varies according to your enquiry and follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for help. After STOP, you may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing a service.

Your rights and choices

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access to your information, correction of inaccurate details, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You may object to direct marketing and withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise your rights or ask a privacy question, contact [PRIVACY_EMAIL]. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information. Do not send account credentials or sensitive identity documents in an initial request.

Security and policy changes

We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

If our practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date. Where required, we will notify you of material changes.
